1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information EarnEmpire (the "Service", "we", "us" or "our") collects when you use our website and village game, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer and User Warranties.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account details: username, email address, password and your chosen language and country. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text.
• Payment and withdrawal details: the withdrawal method you choose and the payout details you enter, such as a wallet address or FaucetPay account. We do not collect or store card numbers.
• Communications: support tickets and messages, contact form submissions, missing reward reports (including any screenshots you upload) and chat messages.
• Connected accounts: if you link Telegram, we store the Telegram identifier needed for Telegram tasks.

Information created when you use the Service

• Balances and transactions: gold, USD balance, XP and level, earnings history, offerwall and ad completions, gold purchases, Market sales, Military Market purchases, withdrawals and referral commissions.
• Game data: your village, buildings, research, troops, power, power allocation, mines, collected rewards and rankings.
• Referral data: who referred you and who you referred.

Technical and security information

• IP address: your latest IP address and the IP addresses used for sessions, ad views and security checks. We use them to limit accounts per IP and to detect fraud.
• Session and device data: browser and operating system, sign-in dates, last login and last seen time, and active sessions.
• Security logs: failed sign-in attempts, and verification codes and attempts for sign-in, password changes and withdrawals.

Information from partners

• Offerwall and survey partners send us completion, pending and reversal information linked to your user ID.
• Payment processors send us payment status and transaction identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and run your account and provide the website and game.
• To credit rewards, calculate Mine Share distributions, process purchases and pay withdrawals.
• To keep accounts secure, for example with email verification codes, session management and bot protection.
• To prevent and investigate fraud, multiple accounts, automation, VPN or proxy abuse and chargebacks, and to restrict or ban accounts that break our rules.
• To respond to support requests and send service emails, such as verification codes and account notices.
• To show leaderboards, rankings and public profiles.
• To understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Your username, level and game information, such as power and rankings, may be shown to other users on leaderboards, Mine Share rankings, your public profile and when others visit your village. Chat messages are visible to the other users in that chat room. Your email address, IP address, balances and payout details are never shown publicly.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

• Essential cookies: a session cookie and sign-in cookies that keep you logged in and protect your account.
• Preference cookies: your language choice (bc_lang).
• Referral cookie: bc_ref remembers the referral link you arrived from, so the referral can be credited when you sign up.
• Local storage: small preferences saved in your browser, such as the balance shown in the header and game sound and music settings.
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or process device signals to check that you are not a bot.
• Analytics: we may use analytics or advertising measurement tools, which may set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may not be able to sign in or use some features.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed:

• Payment processors (such as FaucetPay and NOWPayments), to process gold purchases and withdrawals.
• Offerwall and survey partners, which receive your user ID and may collect information directly under their own privacy policies when you use their offers.
• Security providers such as Cloudflare, for bot protection.
• Email delivery providers, to send verification codes and service emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run the Service for us, including content delivery networks for scripts and fonts.
• Authorities, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users or the Service, for example to prevent fraud.
• A buyer or successor, if the Service is sold, merged or restructured.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, game and transaction records while your account exists and for as long as we need them afterwards for legal, accounting, tax, dispute and anti-fraud purposes. Security records, such as expired sessions, verification codes and sign-in attempts, are deleted or overwritten regularly.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as password hashing, email verification, session controls, limits on sign-in attempts and bot protection. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your password private and review your active sessions regularly.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• You can update your language and country, change your password and sign out of other sessions from your account settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
• To make a request, including a request to close your account and delete your data, open a support ticket or email us. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

10. Children

The Service is only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will close it.

11. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated policy.
