1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EarnEmpire (the "Service", "we", "us" or "our"), including the website, the village game and all related features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer and User Warranties, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service, including purchases and rewards, is legal where you live.
• We may limit or refuse access from certain countries or regions at our discretion.

3. Your Account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. We also limit the number of accounts that can be registered from the same IP address. You may not create, buy, sell, share or transfer accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. For security, we may ask you to confirm a sign-in, a password change or a withdrawal with a code sent to your email.
• You can review and sign out of your active sessions from your account settings.

4. Earning Activities and Gold

The Service offers activities such as offerwalls and surveys, paid-to-click ads, videos, Telegram and push tasks, daily goals, reward claims and similar features. Completing them may reward you with gold, experience (XP) and levels.

• Gold is a virtual in-game currency used in the village game, for example to build, upgrade, research and train troops, and in the Military Market.
• Gold cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
• Offerwall and partner rewards depend on confirmation from the partner. Some may be held as pending, and rewards that are reversed or charged back by a partner may be deducted from your account.
• Available activities, reward amounts, levels and requirements may change at any time.

5. The Village Game and Mine Share

• In the village game you build and upgrade buildings, research technologies and train troops to grow your power. You can allocate your power to the mines you own. The allocation can only be changed once every 12 hours.
• The Mine Share is a reward pool. It distributes resources (such as gold, diamond, garnet and ruby) as gifts to players according to the power they have allocated to each mine, compared with all other players. Your share builds up in your mines and must be collected in the village.
• Pool sizes, resources, rates and rules are set by us and may change, be paused or end at any time. Rewards are not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer and User Warranties.
• Game balance, including costs, times, power values, bonuses and research effects, may be adjusted at any time to keep the game fair.

6. Market and USD Balance

• Diamond, garnet and ruby can be sold in the Market for a USD balance. Wood, food and gold cannot be sold.
• Market prices move over time within limits set by us. Past prices do not predict future prices.
• Only your USD balance can be withdrawn.

7. Purchases: Gold and Military Market

• You can optionally buy gold with supported payment methods (such as FaucetPay or cryptocurrency via NOWPayments). A payment fee may apply and is shown before you pay. Gold is credited after the payment is confirmed.
• The Military Market sells packages for gold. They give a percentage power bonus to a troop class, flat power, or both. Percentage bonuses apply only to troops trained after the purchase. Packages may have purchase limits.
• Purchases are made for entertainment and faster in-game progress. They do not buy any right to rewards or earnings.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once credited, except where the law requires otherwise. Payments you send to a wrong address or network, or with an insufficient amount, may be lost or only partially credited.

8. Withdrawals

• You can withdraw your USD balance using the payment methods listed on the withdrawal page. Each method has its own minimum amount and may have a fee.
• You may only have one pending withdrawal at a time. Every withdrawal is reviewed and must be approved before it is paid.
• You are responsible for entering correct payment details. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• We may ask for email confirmation or further verification, and we may delay, refuse or reverse a withdrawal connected to fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or a breach of these Terms. Refused withdrawals are returned to your USD balance unless the refusal is due to a violation.

9. Referrals

You can invite others with your referral link. When your referrals earn rewards, you may receive a commission set by us, which may differ by reward type. Self-referrals, fake or incentivised sign-ups, and referrals from multiple accounts are not allowed. Commissions earned this way may be removed.

10. Advertisers

If you use the Service to advertise, you may add funds to an advertiser balance and create campaigns such as paid-to-click and video ads. Your ads must be lawful, must not contain malware, adult, deceptive or harmful content, and are subject to our review. We may reject, pause or remove any campaign. Funds already spent on delivered views or clicks are not refundable.

11. Community Features

Chat rooms, support tickets, missing reward reports and public profiles must be used respectfully. Do not post spam, abuse, hate speech, personal data of others, illegal content or links to scams. Your username, level and game rankings may be visible to other users, for example on leaderboards and public profiles. We may moderate content, and we may mute or ban users from chat.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators or any automation;
• use VPNs, proxies or other tools to hide your location or identity, or to get around limits;
• create or control multiple accounts, or use someone else's account;
• exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them;
• submit fake, fraudulent or duplicate offerwall completions, or file false missing reward reports;
• use stolen payment methods or make chargebacks;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or
• harass other users or our staff.

13. Account Restriction and Termination

If we suspect a violation of these Terms, we may do any of the following, with or without notice:

• Restrict your account. A restricted account can only open support tickets.
• Ban your account.
• Remove gold, resources, balances or rewards obtained improperly.
• Cancel pending withdrawals.

You can contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account through support.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, game assets, software and materials on the Service belong to EarnEmpire or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer them without our written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Service are provided by third parties, such as offerwall and survey partners, payment processors and Cloudflare for security checks. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or any earnings or rewards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Full details are in our Disclaimer and User Warranties.

17. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

18. Language

These Terms are written in English. If a translation of the Service conflicts with the English text, the English text prevails.
