This Disclaimer and User Warranties page ("Disclaimer") applies to your use of EarnEmpire (the "Service", "we", "us" or "our"), including the village game, Mine Share rewards, the Market, the Military Market, gold purchases and withdrawals. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

EarnEmpire is an online entertainment game. You build and upgrade a village, train troops, research technologies and grow your in-game power.

• The Service is not an investment product, savings scheme, financial service, employment arrangement or gambling service.
• Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• You should play for entertainment only and never treat the Service as a source of income.

2. No Guaranteed Earnings

We make no promise, representation or guarantee that you will receive any reward, earning, profit or return of any kind, including any return on money you spend on the Service.

• Any figures shown on the Service (for example hourly pool amounts, your hourly share, market prices or example calculations) are informational estimates only. They are not offers or commitments and may change at any time.
• Past rewards received by you or by other players do not indicate or guarantee future rewards.
• You may receive nothing, even after spending time or money on the Service.

3. Mine Share Rewards Are Gifts

The Mine Share (reward pool) is a promotional feature we offer at our sole discretion. Pool rewards are gifts distributed to players according to their in-game power. They are not wages, interest, dividends, profit sharing or a return on any purchase.

• Your share depends on your mines, the power you allocate to them and the power of all other players. It changes constantly as other players grow.
• We may change the pool size, the resources in the pool, distribution rules, collection rules and exchange rates at any time, without prior notice.
• We may pause, reduce or permanently end pool rewards at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.
• Rewards that have not yet been collected and credited to your balance are not yours, and you have no claim to them.

4. Gold Purchases

Buying gold is completely optional. You can play the game without paying anything. Gold is offered for players who want to progress and power up faster, for example by upgrading buildings, completing research or training troops sooner.

• Gold is a virtual in-game currency. It has no real-world monetary value, is not money or e-money, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Buying gold or Military Market packages does not buy a right to rewards and does not guarantee any pool share, earning or return. Higher power may increase your share of the pool while it exists, but it is not guaranteed to do so, and the pool itself is not guaranteed.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the gold has been credited, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Only spend money that you can comfortably afford to lose. Do not borrow money to buy gold.

5. Virtual Items and Game Balance

Gold, resources, buildings, troops, research, power and every other in-game item (together, "Virtual Items") are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You do not own them.

• To keep the game fair and working, we may change the game at any time. This includes costs, build and training times, power values, bonuses, research effects, capacities and package contents.
• Such changes may reduce the usefulness or relative value of Virtual Items you already hold, and you are not entitled to compensation for them.
• We may correct, reverse or remove Virtual Items obtained through bugs, errors, exploits, chargebacks or rule violations.

6. Market, Conversions and Withdrawals

• Market prices and conversion rates are set by us, may change at any time and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts, fees, review and approval. Processing times are not guaranteed.
• We may delay, refuse or reverse any conversion or withdrawal that we reasonably believe involves fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, automation, errors or a breach of our terms.
• We may request verification of your identity or activity before approving a withdrawal.

7. User Warranties

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher;
• using the Service, buying gold and receiving rewards is legal where you live, and you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region where it is prohibited or sanctioned;
• all information you give us is true, accurate and kept up to date;
• you hold only one account and do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts;
• you will not use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, VPNs or proxies to abuse the Service, exploit bugs, or manipulate power, rewards or the pool;
• any payment method you use belongs to you or you are fully authorised to use it, and the funds are from a lawful source;
• you understand and accept that rewards are not guaranteed and that purchases are made for entertainment and faster in-game progress only;
• you are solely responsible for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations that may apply to rewards you receive; and
• you will comply with this Disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

If any of these warranties is or becomes untrue, you must stop using the Service. We may suspend or close your account.

8. Assumption of Risk

You use the Service at your own risk. You understand and accept the risks that come with it, including:

• changes to or the end of rewards, the game or the Service;
• the price volatility of cryptocurrencies used for payments or withdrawals;
• network, blockchain or wallet errors, such as sending funds to a wrong address or network;
• outages, delays or failures of third-party payment providers; and
• technical errors, data loss and downtime.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments, withdrawals, offers and advertisements may be handled by third parties (for example FaucetPay, NOWPayments and offerwall providers). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, fees, decisions, security or errors. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, the game, rewards and all Virtual Items are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. This includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of bugs, or that any defect will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we, our owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, earnings, rewards, data, goodwill or Virtual Items, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• we are not liable for losses caused by changes to, suspension of or termination of the game, rewards or the Service;
• our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Disclaimer, your breach of our Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Suspension and Forfeiture

If we reasonably believe you have broken this Disclaimer or our Terms & Conditions, we may do any of the following without prior notice: suspend or close your account, remove Virtual Items, cancel pending withdrawals, and withhold uncollected or unpaid rewards. Gold and other Virtual Items are forfeited when an account is closed for a violation and are not refunded.

14. Changes and Discontinuation

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them. We may also modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the game, rewards or any part of the Service at any time.

15. Language

This Disclaimer is provided in English only. If any translation of the Service or of our other policies conflicts with this Disclaimer, the English text of this Disclaimer prevails.
